Lookabill - Faye Dinsmore

Mrs. Faye Lookabill, 77, died at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Rest Haven Home here after a long illness. She was a daughter of Jasper and Louisa Dinsmore and was born in Ladoga Jan. 29, 1888. She attended the schools there and on Feb. 17, 1910 married Daniel V. Lookabill in Crawfordsville, where they began housekeeping. He died in May 1964. Mrs. Lookabill was an employe of the former Graham department store here. She was a member and active for years in the First Christian Church, where she was the assistant organist years ago. She also was a member of the Music Club and well known in music circles in the community. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Crawfordsville and Charles of Anaheim, Calif.; three grandchildren, Joellyn of this city and Irma Lew and Daniel of Anaheim, and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lookabill was preceded in death by three brothers. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Bright Funeral Home here with Rev. Paul E. Million of Lafayette and Rev. Howard F. Miller of the First Christian Church here officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home after noon Sunday.
